The Life of a Loved Woman

Jean (Jeanie) Marie Roth Hutchings was born October 14, 1953. She was raised as the youngest of 4 in Alexandria, VA, Kansas City and Utah. She attended Brigham Young University in Provo, UT where she was a dance major and was on the touring Folkdance team. Dancing is a huge part of her life and she has pursued choreography and teaching throughout the years. Folkdancing is where she met her sweetheart Kent Delos Hutchings and they were married on Sept 21, 1973. They are the proud parents of 9 children- 5 girls and 4 boys. They have lived in Utah, California, Arizona, Utah again, Pennsylvania, Maryland and are now back in California. 7 of her 9 are married and there are 12 grandchildren now with more to come we're sure. Her grandchildren are the joy of her life and she holds a week long Grandma and Grandpa camp every year with Kent to play with her grandkids and no parents. Jeanie is a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and her faith has kept her strong through her difficult times. We love our wife, mother and grandmother with all our hearts!
